Democrats Abroad Panama is the official Democratic Party organization for Americans living in Panama. We work to advance the principles of our Party by spreading the Democratic message to Americans abroad and encouraging them to vote for the Democratic candidates back home. Democrats Abroad has committees throughout the World and these country committees keep Americans abroad informed of their rights and help them participate in the U.S. political process. A small support office is maintained in Washington, D.C. Democrats Abroad is recognized as a "state" Party by the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and is represented on the DNC by eight voting members.

This forum has been created to facilitate those of us in Panama and elsewhere to communicate, exchange ideas, and post upcoming events and help organize the Democrats Abroad into a coherent active enthusiastic organization.

For those of you that have never belonged to a site,we recommend that when you join you carefully study the several options on how you want to receive or read emails and select the best one for you.
